You know the vibe before it becomes a trend.If you have creator energy and want to turn a fintech brand into a personality — welcome home.What You’ll DoOwn Instagram like it’s your second brain- Turn trends into Collect-style content before anyone else catches on. - Write captions, hooks, scripts, jokes — whatever makes people stop scrolling. - Be the on-screen face when needed (energy, humour, confidence required).Create content that actually hits- Shoot quick phone videos, BTS clips, merchant stories, app demos. - Work with editors/designers to turn your ideas into polished bangers. - Build formats and series that make people say “this page always delivers.”Write thumb-stopping notifications too- Push notifications, WhatsApp nudges, subject lines, reminders — - you’ll help make Collect’s communication fun, sharp, and impossible to ignore.Turn analytics into creativity- Track what’s popping — reach, saves, watch time, retention. - Use insights not for reports… but to cook up BETTER ideas tomorrow.What You Bring- 1–3 years managing social for a brand/creator (or a killer personal page). - Absolute wizardry with copywriting — punchy, witty, clean. - Obsessed with trends, meme culture, indie creators, and new formats. - Comfort with the camera.
