As part of our high-growth environment, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Apprentice to support our PMO function.Role Overview As a PMO Apprentice, you will work closely with the Project Management Office to support project planning, governance, reporting, and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a foundation in project management, delivery operations, and organizational governance while working alongside senior program managers and delivery leaders.Key Responsibilities • Assist the PMO in project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, MOMs, and project dashboards. • Support resource planning, project onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintaining allocation sheets. • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with delivery expectations. • Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates, risks, and dependencies. • Assist in managing project governance cadences such as sprint reviews, steering meetings, and quarterly planning. • Maintain PMO repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Jira boards, internal trackers). • Support creation of presentations, operational reports, and PMO analytics for leadership. • Contribute to improving PMO templates, processes, and standard operating procedures. • Provide administrative and operational support for the PMO and Delivery teams. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field). • Strong interest in project management, delivery operations, and PMO frameworks. • Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience working with experienced PMO and delivery leaders at Xebia. • Exposure to enterprise project governance, agile delivery, planning processes, and reporting. • Opportunity to develop strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. • A clear professional path into PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Delivery Operations roles.
