Design lifecycle processes, ensure data accuracy, integrate with external tools and mentor junior team members.Primary Responsibilities:- Lead HAM lifecycle setup: request, procurement, receipt, deployment, disposal - Configure asset models, asset workflows, and inventory management - Integrate HAM with CMDB, Procurement and Discovery tools - Implement data normalization, reconciliation and audits - Define roles, asset states, SLAs, and hardware catalog items - Develop reports, dashboards and ensure data integrityPrimary Skills (Must-Have):- Strong experience in HAM module implementation (OOB) - ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer) - CMDB integration and asset discovery process - Lifecycle state model, Asset Repository, and normalization rules
