Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace DesignLocation: GurugramExperience Required: Team Leadership + Client-Facing Corporate Interior DesignIndustry: Commercial / Corporate InteriorsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented Senior Architect or Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in commercial workplace design. The ideal candidate is highly creative, confident in leading client discussions, and experienced in managing design teams from concept to execution.This role requires someone who has independently led designers, drafters, and 3D visualizers, and has played a key part in design pitches and presentations for corporate clients.Key Responsibilities- Lead conceptualization and design development for corporate interior projects. - Conduct client-facing meetings for requirement gathering, design strategy, and concept reviews. - Present concepts, participate in pitches, and deliver engaging design presentations. - Manage and mentor the design team to develop layouts, working drawings, and material specifications. - Oversee material selection, innovation, and design detailing. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project implementation and design audits. - Drive creativity, innovation, and quality throughout the design process.Required Skills- MS PowerPoint - AutoCAD - SketchUp - V-Ray - Photoshop - Lumion - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projectsEducation:- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master’s preferred)Who Should Apply- Candidates with strong creative capabilities - Professionals who have independently handled client presentations - Designers experienced in leading teams within corporate interior design - Individuals passionate about innovation and workplace strategy
