The ideal candidate should have6+ years of hands-on experience working with health plan data —including Enrolments, Claims, and Payments—and possess strong troubleshooting skills for data translation and performance issues. This role involves database development, ETL processes, incident handling, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience working with health plan data(Enrolments, Claims, Payments). Strong experience inSQL development (Oracle, MS SQL). Hands-on experience developing/debugging stored procedures and SQL scripts. Strong scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting. Experience handlingSev1/Sev2 incidentsand performing root cause analysis. Solid experience withETL development and data integration . Familiarity withAWS Cloudservices (preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
