Job Responsibilities:- Participates in a structured on-the-job training program and become familiar with Assurance business intelligence dashboards, Accounting and Assurance Principles and Standards. - Learn, apply and provide high quality deliverables on the assigned dashboards, data requests, and data management projects. - For any projects that you’re involved with, understand the relevant stakeholder needs, requirements, and business context. - Learn, understand, and apply basic Excel and Power BI (Power Query and DAX) skills necessary to be successful as an Information Quality Management & Reporting professional. - Work with the stakeholders and provide relevant updates and complete the tasks assigned within the expected timeframe - Collaborate with product teams, data engineering and other stakeholders as needed. Focus on developing effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain professional relationships. - Prepares and documents data analytics and data management work specific tools, applications and templates. - Ensure the BDOADVANTAGE protocols are followed before the request is delivered to the engagement teams. - Contributes ideas/opinions to the Information Quality Management & Reporting project teams and listens/responds to other team members’ views - Additional responsibilities and projects as requiredEducation:- Experience:- Prior accounting or data analytics experience, preferred - Demonstrated initiative in learning, adopting, and/or applying innovative approaches and technology, preferredSoftware:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferred - Knowledge of tools like Power Bi, Alteryx, DAX, SQL will be an added advantage
