Now, we’re looking for someone to own the client relationship - someone who ensures clients are happy, content is delivered on time, and the internal team is functioning well.The Role Overview:You know there's a problem. Medical misinformation spreads faster than antibiotics can work. Health content on the internet is either oversimplified to the point of uselessness or so jargon-heavy that nobody reads it. Creators are talking about health, but half of them don't know the difference between correlation and causation.What You'll Do:Research and script-write medical health contentResearch & Medical Accuracy- Research and fact-check medical content across wellness, fitness, mental health, and healthcare topics - Evaluate medical claims, studies, and trends for accuracy and context - Stay updated on medical guidelines, new research, and public health developments - Serve as the medical authority ensuring all content is evidence-based and ethicalScriptwriting & Content Creation- Write scripts that translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging narratives - Develop content formats and series ideas around health topics - Create hooks, storytelling structures, and explanations that work for social platforms - Adapt your writing style for different audiences — from general wellness seekers to health-conscious professionalsWhat You'll Get- Use your medical training in a completely new way — research, education, and storytelling at scale - Work with top-tier brands on healthcare and wellness content that reaches millions - Be part of the creator economy without having to build your own channel from scratch - Collaborate with production teams who understand how to make educational content engaging - Shape how health information spreads online — fight misinformation with better content - Flexible career path — this could be a bridge to full-time content creation, health-tech, medical communication, or something entirely newMust Haves- Medical degree (MBBS minimum) with valid license - Strong research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to translate medical knowledge into platform-native content - Understanding of internet culture, trends, and platform mechanics (or eagerness to learn) - High output capacity — comfortable scripting multiple videos per week - Intellectual honesty and commitment to evidence-based information - Willingness to experiment and iterate based on content performanceNice to Have- Experience creating your own health content (blog, Instagram, YouTube, newsletter) - Background in public health, health communication, or medical education - Understanding of nutrition, fitness, mental health, or preventive medicine - Familiarity with content production or working with creatorsWhat We’re Not Looking For- Poor communication or slow follow-up - Disorganized or unable to manage multiple timelines - Hesitant to take ownership or handle feedback - Lack of empathy, initiative, or leadership mindsetWhy YAASYou’ll be working at an organisation that’s redefining how brands connect with the world.
