Job Description: Associate, PMO Location: BangaloreAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Associate for our Central PMO to drive growth initiatives across key channels. You will be the engine room for scaling our learner referral, promoter, and counsellor programs, using data and stakeholder collaboration to maximize impact.Key Responsibilities: Growth Execution: Own and drive the day-to-day operations and growth of assigned growth channels (e.g., learner referral, promoter programs, counsellor networks). Data Analysis & Reporting: Use exceptional Excel skills to track, analyze, and report on channel performance. Build models to forecast growth and identify opportunities. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure flawless execution. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes to enhance channel efficiency and user experience.Who You Are: You have 2-4 years of experience in a project management, operations, or growth-focused role. You are a wizard with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Modeling are second nature). You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
