Key Roles & Responsibilities – Financial ControllerEducation & Experience- Chartered Accountant (CA) required. - 10–15 years of finance experience in FMCG or ice cream/dairy industry.Financial Planning & Reporting- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. - Prepare MIS, financial statements, and variance analysis. - Develop forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals. - Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury.Costing & Profitability- Implement cost control systems across raw materials, production, logistics, and distribution. - Conduct plant-level cost audits and margin analysis. - Support pricing and business decisions with profitability insights.Compliance & Controls- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC). - Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. - Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and SOP adherence.Business Partnering- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain for financial insights. - Support new product launches with costing and profitability studies. - Provide financial input for capex, expansion, and investment decisions.Leadership & Team Development- Lead and mentor the finance team across corporate and factory levels. - Drive digital adoption in finance (ERP, dashboards, automation). - Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
