Job Title:GenAI Solution Architect Location:PAN India Tech Stack:Predictive Analysis Job Summary We are seeking astrategic and hands-on GenAI Solution Architectto lead the design and implementation of adigital assistant tailored for FMCG R&D functions . This role demands deep expertise inGenerative AI , strong architectural thinking, and the ability toevaluate alternative solutions, justify technology choices, and anticipate edge cases in complex enterprise environments . Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Evaluation Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions for R&D use cases such asformulation assistance, scientific literature summarization, and regulatory compliance . Evaluate multiple solution approaches (e.g.,fine-tuning vs. RAG ,cloud-native vs. hybrid deployment ) and recommend optimal paths based onscalability, cost, and data sensitivity . Document architectural decisions withrationale, trade-offs, and risk assessments . Handle diverse data sources:Word, Excel, PDF, databases, audio, video, structured & unstructured data . Provide POV on implementing use cases viaAgentic AI . Technology Stack Selection Select and justify GenAI frameworks (e.g.,OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain ) based onuse case fit, latency, cost, and integration capabilities . Recommend cloud platforms ( Azure ) and orchestration tools (e.g.,Kubernetes, Airflow ) for scalable deployment. Ensure compatibility with enterprise systems likeSAP PLM, LIMS, and SharePoint . Edge Case Handling & Robustness Identify and address edge cases such asambiguous queries, hallucinations, data sparsity, and multilingual inputs . Implementfallback mechanisms, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows . Designmonitoring and feedback loopsto continuously improve model performance and reliability. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate withR&D scientists, IT teams, and business leadersto align solutions with strategic goals. Lead workshops togather requirements, validate prototypes, and drive adoption . Communicate complex AI concepts inbusiness-friendly language . Governance & Compliance Ensure solutions adhere todata governance, privacy, and regulatory standards . Definemodel auditability, explainability, and ethical AI practices . Innovation & Capability Building Stay current withGenAI advancements and emerging tools . Mentor teams onprompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and responsible AI . Contribute tointernal knowledge bases and reusable solution assets . Required Qualifications 10+ yearsin solution architecture, with3+ years in AI/MLand2+ years in GenAI . Proven experience inevaluating and implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise settings . Strong understanding ofLLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment . Experience inFMCG, life sciences, or R&D domainspreferred. Proficiency inPython, cloud platforms, and ML frameworks . Excellentanalytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
