Solution Architect (SAP FICO)Location: BengaluruExperience: 12–15 Years (SAP FICO Hands-On)Company: GyanSys InfotechRole: Solution Architect – SAP FICOWork Split:- 75% Solutioning & Delivery Ownership - 25% Practice Development & PresalesAbout the RoleGyanSys Infotech is seeking a hands-on SAP FICO Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes on ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, design governance, client workshops, and delivery execution while contributing to practice capability building and presales.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutioning & Delivery – (~75%)- Own end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture across implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. - Perform hands-on configuration in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). - Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation. - Validate finance integration with SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and HR. - Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. - Resolve critical finance-related issues during SIT, UAT, and cutover/hypercare. - Govern functional design for RICEFW objects and guide offshore/onshore teams. - Drive adoption of S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis, etc.Practice Development & Presales – (~25%)- Support presales activities: RFP responses, estimations, demos, solution presentations. - Create reusable artifacts — templates, accelerators, FSDs, and process frameworks. - Conduct internal enablement sessions on finance innovations in S/4HANA. - Work with sales & leadership teams for capability building and pipeline support.Required Skills & Experience- 12–17years SAP FICO experience, with strong hands-on configuration capability. - Deep expertise in: - General Ledger (New GL) - Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable - Asset Accounting - Bank Accounting - Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting - Product Costing (Standard/Actual) - COPA (Account- & Costing-Based) - Strong S/4HANA exposure: - Universal Journal (ACDOCA) - New AA - Central Finance experience is a plus - Ability to architect end-to-end finance processes and lead large engagements. - Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP, and HR. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.Good to Have- SAP certification in FI or CO. - Exposure to Treasury (TRM), BPC, Group Reporting, FSCM, or RAR. - Experience working with multinational clients and global template rollouts.Education- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related. - Professional qualifications (CA/ICWA/CMA/CFA) add strong advantage.
