We deliver essential communications for over 5,000 brands, manage shareholder voting in 90+ countries, and handle millions of trades daily involving trillions of dollars.Role: AWS ArchitectLocation: Bangalore / HyderabadExperience: 11 - 15 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRoles and Responsibilities:Cloud Architecture & Delivery- Design, implement, and oversee scalable, resilient, and secure AI/ML platforms on AWS using SageMaker, Bedrock, and related services. - Architect end-to-end cloud solutions that align with security, compliance, and organizational needs for regulated industries.DevOps, IaC & Automation- Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation templates following best practices. - Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and data workflows using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools. - Drive automation and DevOps best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure management, and containerization (EKS, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes).Database & Caching Architecture- Design, deploy, and optimize Amazon DynamoDB, MemoryDB, and related caching/session management systems for scalable cloud architectures.Identity, Access & Security- Implement authentication and authorization across AWS using Cognito and IAM policies. - Embed policy-driven controls aligned with governance, regulatory, and industry security standards.Cost Management- Drive AWS cost optimization through proactive monitoring, resource right-sizing, and usage analytics.Reliability Engineering, Observability & Incident Response- Introduce proactive system health monitoring, automate failover mechanisms, and champion SRE best practices. - Implement observability with AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk for full-stack visibility. - Lead incident response and root cause analysis; participate in on-call rotations as required.Collaboration & Leadership- Partner with cross-functional teams including Application Architects, Data Scientists, InfoSec, and Product teams to align technology with business goals. - Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor for Cloud, Automation, SRE, and AI/ML best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Information Security & Governance, Cloud Solutions Group, and Developers to deliver robust, reliable, and secure cloud platforms.Continuous Improvement- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AWS services and DevOps/SRE tools to enhance innovation, automation, and reliability.Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Certifications: At least one AWS Certification (Associate or higher) in AWS Development, Architecture, or Cloud Specialization (Terraform/Chef preferred).Experience:- 11 - 15 years in designing and implementing cloud solutions, including 3+ years in AWS AI/ML or data-driven environments. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and AI/ML pipeline automation. - Advanced skills in Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines. - Deep expertise with Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, and containers. - Experience with monitoring, metrics, and APM tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). - Solid understanding of AWS networking, VPC design, multi-region architecture, and security principles.Soft Skills- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. - Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Deep understanding of Python, Chef/Configuration Management, and Cloud Networking. - Passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.Why Join Broadridge?- Innovate with Impact: Work on cutting-edge cloud and AI/ML technologies that transform the global financial services landscape. - Global Exposure: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. - Continuous Learning: Broadridge fosters skill enhancement through certifications, career mobility, and mentorship programs. - Inclusive Culture: Join an organization built on trust, integrity, and collaboration—where your voice matters. - Future-Focused: Be part of Broadridge’s vision to redefine technology-driven transformation for clients worldwide.Ready to be part of an innovative global Fintech leader?Apply now and help us power what’s next in financial technology and cloud transformation.
