Primary Skills- 6+ years of experience in MS Access end-user database development, including business system analysis, and hands-on technical development using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). - 6+ years of experience in SQL Server development and maintenance. - 6+ years of experience in Python development preferred. - 6+ years of experience in financial services preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead work teams and accomplish goals within defined time, resource, and budgetary parameters. - Exemplifies leadership characteristics in support of corporate objectives - Demonstrates highly developed proficiencies in project, process and quality management, project estimation, issue management, and communication - with special emphasis on conceptual solution development, functional analysis and design, and testing.Responsibilities- Develops and troubleshoots automated solutions (e.g., SQL, MS Access databases, Python, Batch Scripts, Windows Server configurations/load balancing) that facilitate preparation and presentation of business metrics related to divisional benchmarks and the Balanced Business Scorecard. - Uses VBA to create MS Access user interfaces, output files to SharePoint, send emails and communicate with mainframe emulators such as Attachmate and Blue Zone. - Create SQL schemas, tables, stored procedures, and triggers to serve as a back-end to the MS Access databases. - Modify, test, and troubleshoot solutions developed by others. - Document business requirements, user guides and functional specifications for new and modified solutions. - Mentor junior developers on coding and solution development and train end-users on solution use. - Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.Exp Range: 4 TO 7Location: Chennai/Pune/Kolkata/Hyderabad/BangaloreInterview Type: Weekend Virtual DriveDate: 22-Nov-25Day: Saturday
