Responsibilities- Experience in Fund Centre Accounting, Investment management, Treasury and Lease accounting - Configuration of Treasury, Lease Accounting, Investment management modules in IMG based on business requirements - Understanding of integration with MM, SD - Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems - Assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience - Application support and training of end users - Cooperating with consultants from other modules of implementation partner - To work closely with the departments, supporting with tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery. - To support and coach team members through the programme and project processes. - Requirement analysis and requirement gathering and preparing of BRD - Should be able to support BGLC, Loans, Deposits and Mutual Funds - Should have good understating of lease module and should be able to support Lease accounting as per requirements.Must Have- Good understanding of the requirements analysis definition and specification process of Airline industry. - Should be a chartered accountant or MBA Finance and Should have a strong understanding of accounting and business processes and their impact - Has understanding and knowledge of all the modules of SAP and their integration - Have managed teams of people and can demonstrate people management skills. - Be a good communicator (verbal and written).Attitude:- Team player/ Collaborative. - Good commination skills - Self-motivated and self-starter. - The ability to perform the tasks asked - The drive to continuous personal improvement. - The ability to motivate and inspire others within the team. - Positive outlook on work and the activities presented. - Flexible/Adaptable. - Delivery Focused
