Responsibilities:- Vouching and Auditing: Conducting thorough vouching and auditing of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Preparation of Cash Flow and Funds Flow Statement: Developing comprehensive cash flow and funds flow statements to analyze the company's financial position and liquidity. - Receivables and Payables Management: Efficiently managing accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely collections and payments. - TDS / TCS Compliance: Handling Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) compliance, including timely filing of returns and reconciliation. - GST Compliance: Managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and compliance with GST regulations. - General Accounting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, ensuring the integrity of financial data. - Accounting Standards: Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards, including I-GAAP, IND-AS, and IFRS, and ensuring compliance in financial reporting. - Financial Statements: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Data Analytical Skills: Utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from financial data and provide valuable recommendations. - MIS (Management Information System): Developing and maintaining an effective MIS to provide timely and relevant financial information to management for decision-making.Additional Skills and Qualifications:- Proficiency in SAP software will be considered an added advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations. - Professional ethics and integrity.INDIC is an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
