Position: Recruiter (vacancies available for both Perm and Contracting)Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant – IT / Technology to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT contract talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in perm / contract hiring, strong sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.Some of the key responsibilities will include:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles, from sourcing to onboarding. - Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. - Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of employment with selected candidates. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contractors for current and future requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and expectations. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contract employment guidelines.To be eligible for this role you will require:- 2 - 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contract hiring. - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. - Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.). - Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and rate discussions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements. - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Why Join Us?- Competitive compensation and incentives. - Opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the IT industry. - Career growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic recruitment environment. - A collaborative and high-performance work culture.If you are passionate about IT recruitment and thrive in a fast-moving, people-focused role, we would love to hear from you!Please contact Ujjayini Mitra or email your cv directly in word format to [email protected] note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
