Our client is a leading MNC in the maritime industry seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Manager to strengthen and secure its global digital infrastructure across offices and fleet operations.Senior Manager - Cybersecurity & InfrastructureBased in MumbaiRole Overview : You will lead the organisation’s cybersecurity and IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring system resilience, data protection, and operational continuity across a global network. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce cybersecurity and system administration policies aligned with global standards. - Safeguard IT and OT systems through proactive monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. - Manage multi-account cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost control. - Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement of defences. - Lead a team of cybersecurity and IT professionals, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance. - Liaise with vendors and management to deploy and maintain advanced security solutions.Requirements- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant field of study. - 7 to 10 years of experience in IT security or system administration within large or multi-site environments. - Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity governance frameworks. - Hands-on experience with incident response, SIEM/EDR tools, and cloud administration. - Proven leadership in managing technical teams in Microsoft-based environments. - CISSP / CISM / CISA / Cloud certifications is preferred. - Familiarity with maritime or OT systems is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present risk insights to senior stakeholders.Our Offer- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the shipping industry. - Collaborative and supportive work environment. - Career growth and development opportunities within a leading MNC.Recruitment Process: Please apply with an updated resume.
