Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,Qualifications:- 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore. - Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.Responsibilities:- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently. - Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management. - Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals. - ·Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.CTC: 4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate.
