Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Architect_Full-Time_Pan IndiaJob Title: Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional ArchitectJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Bangalore/Pune/Navi Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/ChennaiExperience: 10-15 YearsSkills: Oracle EBS SCM/MFG, with at least 8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, implementation, and upgrade projectsJob Description:An Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite.Here's a general overview of the role:Education:*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:*Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG, with at least 8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, implementation, and upgrade projects.Certifications:*Oracle EBS certifications in SCM/MFG modules are highly desirable.Technical Skills:*Proficiency in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning.*Implement and configure Oracle EBS SCM modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.*Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM processes.*Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain management needs and propose tailored Oracle EBS solutions.*Design and present Oracle EBS SCM solutions, including modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing.*Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings and demonstrations.*Prepare detailed documentation, including solution proposals and implementation plans.*Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.*Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.*Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations.*Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.*Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides for future reference.*Perform regular audits and assessments of Oracle EBS environments.Problem-Solving:*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Communication:*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
