Hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer at Delhi location in Technology & Innovation Team Role Overview: We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to own the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing development of our finance and accounting systems. This role is hands-on and execution-heavy: you will work across legacy implementations and new feature development, ensuring stability today while building capability for tomorrow. This is not a “button-clicking” role. We need someone who understands how accounting systems actually work, can develop from scratch, and is equally comfortable debugging production issues in a live finance environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central finance and accounting solutions Design, develop, and deploy new modules, customizations, and extensions using AL and Business Central best practices Support and stabilize legacy Business Central / NAV implementations, including refactoring where needed Integrate Business Central with internal and external systems using REST APIs and Microsoft platform APIs Diagnose and resolve production issues with a strong focus on data integrity, performance, and reliability Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate accounting and operational requirements into technical solutions Document technical designs, integrations, and customizations for long-term maintainability Ensure compliance with security, audit, and financial control requirements Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing and maintaining solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) Proven experience in both: Developing solutions from scratch, and maintaining and enhancing legacy systems Strong working knowledge of AL language, extensions, and Business Central architecture Practical experience with REST APIs and Microsoft integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms) Solid understanding of finance and accounting workflows (GL, AR/AP, invoicing, reporting, etc.) Experience working in production environments where accuracy and system uptime matter Ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues Nice to Have (Not Mandatory, But Valuable) Experience with Business Central cloud deployments Familiarity with Azure services used alongside Business Central Exposure to system upgrades or migrations (NAV → Business Central) Prior experience working closely with finance or accounting teams What We Value Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken Comfort working with imperfect legacy systems while building cleaner solutions forward Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders Practical problem-solving over theoretical perfection
