Company Description Universal Textile Mills, based in Attibele, Bengaluru Rural, is a 50-year-old company engaged in the manufacture and export of luxury fabrics for home decoration. We are a team of about 350 people, and part of a larger group that includes Jaipuria Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. and VAYA Home . Role Description – Merchandiser (Full-Time, On-Site) This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser , located at our facility in Attibele, Bengaluru Rural. The Merchandiser will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day merchandising operations Coordinating with international and domestic clients, our internal production teams, and external vendors Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Managing all client sampling requirements in a timely and organised manner Coordinating with our internal teams for quality control of colour and pattern Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organisational and analytical abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Prior experience in merchandising or a related role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field is an advantage Excellent English (spoken and written) with correct grammar is essential Basic knowledge of textiles is mandatory Working knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is essential Compensation CTC range: ₹6,00,000 to ₹7,50,000 per annum , depending on experience.
