The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven leadership and team management abilities, including experience with mentoring and motivating sales teams. Strong sales acumen, including skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals. Analytical skills for market trend analysis, performance evaluation, and strategy development. Effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software for sales operations and reporting. Ability to work in a hybrid role, demonstrating flexibility and effective time management for both in-office and work-from-home tasks. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Prior experience in financial services or similar industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
