Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Sell products exclusively through voice-based interactions. Convert qualified leads into successful sales. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. Coordinate with internal team members to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Job Requirements: Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Strong sales knowledge with good convincing ability. Experience in voice-based sales or outbound calling preferred. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work in an inside sales or BPO environment.
