Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to efficiently increase site visits. Promptly follow up on scheduled appointments and arranged site visits. Follow company script guidelines and detailed briefs to conduct calls effectively. Generate leads through active and passive databases. Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call center. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to schedule client appointments and achieve conversions. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. Prepare periodic reports for management.
