Key Responsibilities - Strategize and Lead Marketing Initiatives- Develop and execute both online and offline marketing strategies for target segments across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. - Product Marketing Ownership- Spearhead end-to-end product marketing through email campaigns, market research, and the development of brand assets such as case studies and marketing collateral. - Content Creation and Design- Create compelling content and visually engaging materials that drive product adoption, generate buzz, and resonate with our SaaS audience. - User Engagement Analysis- Analyze user engagement metrics and campaign responses to assess marketing effectiveness and recommend actionable improvements. - Client Communication Management- Handle marketing-related client queries and maintain proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and engagement. - Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product, Account Management, Content, and Design teams to deliver excellent user experiences and foster community engagement. - Performance Reporting- Prepare and present key performance metrics to clients and senior management. Requirements - Undergraduate/Masters degree with specialization in Marketing, Business, or Economics. - Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or email marketing, preferably within a SaaS-based organization. - Demonstrated experience in content writing and design, with a creative approach to marketing challenges. - Strong skills in marketing strategy, creative writing, and client relationship management. - Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information to drive data-informed decisions. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills paired with strong business acumen. - Flexible, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed, and work with urgency to meet deadlines. - Proven ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (Content, Account Management, Design, Product, etc.) to deliver impactful results.
