ob Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support end-to-end export logistics and commodity operations for our agri-business. The role involves shipment coordination, documentation management, contract administration, and providing accurate, timely operational support to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight forwarders, including issuing forwarding/shipping instructions (SI). - Track and update ETA/ETD, monitor shipment progress, and maintain shipment trackers/spreadsheets. - Raise inspection orders and ensure timely receipt of inspection certificates. - Prepare and verify export documentation including COO, BL, packing list, commercial invoices, insurance, and quality/quantity certificates. - Ensure compliance with Incoterms, regulatory requirements, and company standards. - Handle documentation for LC issuance, amendments, negotiation, and payment follow-ups. - Create and update purchase and sales contracts with buyers, suppliers, and grower networks. - Maintain accurate ERP entries and track contract execution, amendments, and closures. - Check and code freight invoices before submitting to Finance. - Manage and update grower ticket uploads and other operational records. - Liaise with logistics, procurement, suppliers, customers, banks, and inspection agencies. - Provide timely updates and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or related fields. - 2-3 years of experience in export documentation, logistics coordination, or commodity operations. - Strong knowledge of Incoterms, COO, BL, LC, and export documentation. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
