Job Description We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecaller cum Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and performing administrative tasks such as maintaining records and data entry.Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers/clients regarding products, services, or follow-up inquiries. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain customer database and update records in the system. Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and files. Support sales and management team with required back-office operations. Schedule meetings, appointments, or follow-ups as required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain daily call logs and performance reports. Required Skills Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or back office work is an advantage.
