Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to efficiently increase site visits. - Promptly follow up on scheduled appointments and arranged site visits. - Follow company script guidelines and detailed briefs to conduct calls effectively. - Generate leads through active and passive databases. - Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call center. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. - Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to schedule client appointments and achieve conversions. - Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. - Prepare periodic reports for management.
