Designation/ Role here Designation AM - Securitisation Grade/ ConsultantReporting to Lead – Securitisation Location HO, Mumbai Function Finance Job Purpose This role requires the candidate to be able to source as well as sell down structured products (DA/ PTC) Role Handling compliance along with execution for all transactions Coordinating with various stakeholders Monitoring credit/ payouts for purchased portfolios Keeping track of all portfolios from risk and performance perspective Assisting Lead – Securitisation in generating leads for expansion Qualification & experience CA/ MBA 2-3 years front end work experience in DA/ PTC transactions Essential skills Handled front end DA/PTC transactions in current role Knowledge of understanding waterfall/ servicer reports Aware of various regulations related to the transactions Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic environment Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically Good Collaboration with various functions
