Payroll, Compensation & Benefits- Manage end-to-end payroll and compensation processes. - Administer benefits (health, insurance, incentives, retirement plans). - Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.2. Employee Lifecycle Management- Manage onboarding, documentation, leave, and exit processes. - Maintain employee records and HR database. - Identify & implement process improvements.3. Rewards & C&B Strategy- Maintain compensation structures and benefits governance. - Support increments, promotions, and wage revisions. - Ensure error-free and timely execution of C&B activities.4. Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, S&E, PF). - Oversee statutory filings, payments, and audits.5. Digital HR & MIS- Lead HR digitalization initiatives (Darwinbox). - Enhance system adoption & process automation. - Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and employee master data.6. Team Development- Lead, mentor, and upskill the HR operations team. - Conduct performance reviews and build successors.Major Challenges- Ensuring data accuracy in semi-automated processes. - Keeping pace with regulatory changes. - Compensation benchmarking.Skills & Qualifications- MBA/PGDBM in HR. - 13–15 years’ experience (including 8+ in HR Operations). - Expertise in Excel, HRIS (Darwinbox/SAP), statutory laws & data analytics. - Strong communication, leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
