We’re hiring anExpansion and Leasing Managerto drive growth across Nini’s Kitchen, Baked By Nini’s, and Niro by Nini’s. This role is all about finding the right locations, bringing in the right investors, and making sure every new outlet opens strong. If you know restaurant franchising and have a good instinct for property, deals, and relationships, let’s talk. What you’ll own Scouting and evaluating new restaurant locations Negotiating with lessors and securing commercial leases Recruiting and onboarding investors and franchise owners Managing franchise agreements and legal documentation Building and maintaining long term relationships with investors Supporting franchise owners on performance and operational questions Working closely with internal teams to maintain brand standards Tracking markets, rental trends, and competitor movement Presenting expansion proposals and location reports to leadership The kind of person we’re looking for 2+ years in FnB expansion, leasing, or franchise development Strong negotiation and communication skills Comfortable meeting investors, landlords, and brokers Clear understanding of restaurant operations and compliance Someone who enjoys building networks and closing deals Apply here: info@ Location: Ahmedabad (travel required) If you know someone who fits this profile, tag them or send this their way.
