The position also includes maintaining compliance with all legal and company-specific HR standards and supporting personnel management initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and employee relations - Experience in HR Management, including performance evaluations and workforce planning - Practical knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards - Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and compensation programs - Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and employee engagement - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India is a plus - Proficiency in HR management software is advantageous
