Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and reconciliation.Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts and handle all accounting entries.Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.Assist with the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory tax returns.Reconcile companys bank accounts and other financial records regularly.Support the finance team with audits and month-end closing activities.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and legal regulations.Work closely with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (BCom, MCom).5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Companies owned by the family office also Blue Country Resort, Education and Real Estate. The objective is to create a highly creative design team that helps Customers develop their Garments with ease. The experience for the customer is curated to give a customized experience. The brand MAISOLOS is also retailing though 8 multi design stores across the country. Blue Country Resort is a 30 year old company with a resort in Panchgani. Basic accounting for both companies is needed.
