My client, a global IT consultancy firm is now building up a Pega operation center in India with aggressive hiring plan.Job Responsibilities- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using modern Pega Platform capabilities and best practices. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with Business and Solution Architects to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. - Define and manage case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS). - Build case management applications using Pega Constellation and ensure adherence to guardrails and enterprise governance. - Contribute to reusable frameworks, components, and shared assets - Support testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. - Stay updated on new Pega features to recommend improvements. - Apply Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud deployments. - Support test automation using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, or JUnit, and design reusable test cases. - Use SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing.Preferred Qualifications- Consulting or industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare. - Hands-on experience with enterprise Pega applications, case design, data modeling, and rule implementation. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in Agile environments. - Solid understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decision rules, flow rules, and integrations. - Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure). - Experience with test automation tools and basic SQL/API knowledge. - Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Information Science, MIS, IT, or related fields - Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and inclusive team culture.
