Role: AR CallerExperience: 3 - 6 YearsJob Location: AhmedabadAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior AR Caller with strong expertise in US Medical Billing to manage complex denials, drive timely insurance follow-ups, and ensure efficient claim resolution. Key Responsibilities:◾ Follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding and aging claims.◾ Analyze denied claims, identify root causes and take appropriate actions.◾ Manage high-value, complex, and escalated A/R accounts.◾ Ensure adherence to daily productivity, quality, and compliance benchmarks.◾ Accurately document all claim-related activities in the billing system.◾ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.◾ Mentor, guide, and support junior AR callers as needed.Required Skills:◾ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an AR Caller.◾ Strong expertise in claim follow-ups, denials management EOBs, and ERAs.◾ Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.◾ Proven ability to analyze trends and resolve complex AR issues.
