We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for Financial Accounting, Taxation and Financial control across all entities.The Finance Manager will be someone who can work with limited supervision and who keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Finance Manager must be a proactive team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside the original scope of responsibilities. The responsibilities of this role include:Drive Monthly and Yearly closure of Books of Accounts ensuring adherence to relevant Accounting StandardsReview / Preparation of Financials basis I-GAAP and IFRS / Ind - ASDealing and Coordination with Auditors and ensuring Timely completion of AuditsEnsuring establishing and compliance with company internal financial control procedures and standardsTaxation Compliances– Direct and Indirect including TDS , GST compliances and filing of returns and managing tax assessments / appealsOversee FEMA compliances wherever applicableReview and monitoring of secretarial compliancesCash Flow Analysis and ProjectionsLeading Cost optimization initiativesManaging Financial planning and Budgeting exercise as core team memberHands on experience on Accounting Software and ERPs like Tally, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics Desired Skills and ExperienceWe seek a motivated, efficient and detail orientated individual to join our team.
