Role OverviewThe Design Lead will lead the overall design vision, strategy, and execution across products, brand, and customer experiences. This role is responsible for building and mentoring high-performing design teams while ensuring design excellence, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities• Define and own the design vision and strategy aligned with business goals • Lead end-to-end design across product, brand, UX/UI, and marketing assets • Build, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary design team • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams • Drive user-centric design practices through research, testing, and iteration • Review and approve design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability • Manage design roadmaps, timelines, and priorities • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience• Proven experience leading design teams and large design initiatives • Strong expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design • Experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and analytics • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsEducation• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related fields (preferred)What We’re Looking For• Strategic thinker with a strong design mindset • Leader who can inspire, mentor, and scale teams • Strong balance of creativity, usability, and business impact • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Detail-oriented with a high bar for design qualityNice to Have• Experience in B2B / B2C digital products • Exposure to branding, motion, or content design • Experience working in agile or product-led organization.
