Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Thumbnail Designer. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for digital content. They will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to deliver creative designs that align with brand guidelines. The role involves brainstorming ideas, executing eye-catching designs, and optimizing visuals to enhance audience engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar softwareSkills in creative design, visual storytelling, and aesthetic compositionUnderstanding of digital content marketing and audience engagement strategiesStrong attention to detail, visual accuracy, and ability to refine designsAbility to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with teamsKnowledge of social media platforms and trends is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience or interest in sneaker culture and streetwear is advantageous
