This role will drive the development of globally consistent yet locally compliant compensation and benefits frameworks, manage core HR operational processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.This leader will play a key role in shaping total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation and benefits operations, and ensuring alignment between HR transformation efforts and business growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits Leadership Design, govern, and continuously evolve global compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.Lead annual compensation review cycles, incentive plan design, and pay-for-performance frameworks across regions.Oversee global benefits strategy, including health, wellness, and retirement programs, ensuring regional compliance and local market competitiveness.Manage job architecture, benchmarking, market data analysis, and pay equity reviews to ensure internal alignment and external competitiveness.Establish governance, controls, and standard processes for all compensation and benefits processes.Partner with Finance and regional HR to align total rewards planning with budget cycles, financial forecasting, and organizational performance.Monitor global trends and regulatory developments to adapt total rewards programs as business and market needs change.HR Operations & Service Delivery Lead the global HR Operations discipline, managing a distributed team across India and Europe to ensure operational excellence and service quality.Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes such as onboarding, background checks, employee data management, and offboarding.Drive efficiency through automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making to optimize HR services and employee experience.Partner with IT, Finance, and regional HR teams to ensure system integration, audit readiness, and data accuracy across all HR platforms.HR Transformation & GovernanceContribute to the execution of HR transformation initiatives, ensuring process standardization and scalability across global regions.Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance across compensation, benefits, and HR operations.Lead global HR audit and compliance activities in partnership with Legal and Internal Audit.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee-centric design, and operational transparency.Qualifications & ExperienceProven executive experience leading global compensation and benefits design and administration in a complex, matrixed organization.Strong knowledge of global total rewards strategy, including base pay, incentives, benefits, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.Experience managing HR operations or shared services teams with a focus on scalability and service delivery excellence.Expertise in HR process optimization, technology enablement (e.g., SuccessFactors, S4H), and data analytics.Strategic mindset with analytical rigor, financial acumen, and ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or professional certifications (CCP, CEBS, GRP) preferred.Culture Fit:The ideal candidate will align with Ness’s engineering-driven culture, embracing continuous learning and results orientation.
