Link for our website: is for 1 year contract role with the scope of conversion into Permanent role based on performance.NIIT is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Operations with 10–15 years of experience to lead and manage CSOD implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. The role requires strong ownership of project delivery, operational governance, financial management, SOW and invoice management, and stakeholder communication.PMP Certification is MandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management- Lead end-to-end CSOD implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects (LMS, LXP, Content, Reporting, Integrations).- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.- Ensure adherence to PMP-based project governance and best practices.- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.- Drive UAT, go-live, stabilization, and post-go-live support.Operations & Financial Management- Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Lead SOW preparation, validation, renewals, and change orders.- Manage invoice tracking, validation, approvals, and reconciliation.- Ensure accurate effort tracking, utilization, and billing alignment.Stakeholder Management- Act as primary point of contact for clients, leadership, and delivery teams.- Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.- Build long-term client relationships.Governance & Reporting- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports and financial dashboards.- Ensure compliance with internal and contractual processes.- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, SOWs, and trackers.Team & Collaboration- Lead cross-functional teams (CSOD consultants, QA, integrations, finance).- Mentor junior project managers.- Ensure smooth transition between sales, implementation, and support.Required Skills & Qualifications- PMP Certified- 10–15 years of overall project management experience- Strong CSOD / LMS implementation experience- Expertise in project finance, SOW, and invoice management- Excellent stakeholder management skillsPreferred- Agile / Hybrid delivery experience- Knowledge of Cornerstone modules- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
