THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS. Hybrid work in Bangalore (work from office 3 days a month). Shift: EMEA (03:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST) Key Responsibilities:Maintain and support collaboration systems (Exchange Online, Email Security, Microsoft Teams).Ensure system security, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues.Implement and monitor collaboration security standards; participate in incident response.Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.Support integration and configuration of new collaboration components.Develop and maintain basic automation scripts (PowerShell preferred).Collaborate with Service and Project Managers on ongoing operations and projects.Participate in capacity planning and performance monitoring activities.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in system administration or collaboration systems support.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Teams, and Email Security tools.Solid understanding of collaboration security principles.Experience with PowerShell scripting; familiarity with Power Platform is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to APIs, Power Automate, or basic Python scripting.Experience with workflow automation or cross-system integrations.Primary Skills: MS Suite Administration & Collaboration Security, Exchange Online & Teams, Powershell, DefenderSecondary Skills: PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, PythonAbout the ClientOur client is a Fortune-ranked global technology leader, widely recognized as one of the world’s best places to work.
