Location: Mumbai/Pune/HyderabadRoles and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the Insurance Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with Capgemini Invent’s global objectives and market strategies.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Foster an environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.Project Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.Business Development: P&L Responsibility of the Industry vertical and to meet business targets and KPIs defined by Invent, Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and leading client pitches.Our Ideal Candidate:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) is highly desirable.Experience: A minimum of 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with significant consulting experience. Familiarity with the Indian insurance market and global insurance trends is essential.Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and technological advancements.
