This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can design and implement robust automation frameworks, drive defect prevention, and ensure quality delivery in Agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Define and govern the end-to-end testing strategy for applications targeted for automation.Develop a hybrid test automation approach to support delivery in Agile environments.Drive defect prevention, conduct root cause analysis, and aim for zero-defect delivery.Align testing practices with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and QA stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.Ensure all QA activities comply with regulatory and security standards.Required Experience & Skills:10+ Years of Experience in Test Automation.2–3 years of hands-on experience with Katalon Studio (must-have).Strong background in test automation, including:Designing automation frameworks from scratch.Delivering automation projects in Agile mode.Experience working in an Automation Factory setup.Proficient in CI/CD integration using tools such as:Azure DevOps (ADO)JenkinsGitLabGoogle Cloud BuildHands-on role with a focus on technical implementation, not managerial tasks.
