Identifying niche pockets within the segment for potential and sustainable business growthMonitoring claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with claims team for optimize loss reserves of that segment Seamless working with marine risk management team for controlling and managing of losses for further improvement of bottom lineTo lead interactions with internal stakeholders and partners for speedy resolutions of identified issuesAny projects, at product level or function level or at organizational level. Create working cohesiveness with regional team for growth of the allocated segment. Create risk register of various cargo forming part of that segment. Good understanding of large risks underwritingSkills Required:Candidate must be having expertise for Marine line business in Indian MarketExcellent understanding and Leardership management of Marine insurance underwriting and portfolio management.Good understanding of large risks underwritingTeam Building & Handling3+ Years of experience in Marine Cargo UWRegards,Saba
