Looking for a Freelance IBM ODM Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into business rules using IBM ODM Decision Center and Decision Server.Implement, test, and maintain rule applications with proper versioning and governance.Collaborate with the US technical lead and onshore teams to align solution design and implementation.Perform unit testing, regression testing, and provide production support and defect fixes.Integrate IBM ODM solutions with Java-based applications, databases, and external APIs.Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Create and maintain technical documentation, share knowledge within the team, and follow ODM best practices.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IBM ODM.Strong experience with:IBM ODM Decision CenterDecision Validation Services (DVS)BOM/XOM modelingRule Execution Server (RES)Proficiency in developing and managing decision services and rule flows.Experience integrating ODM with:Java applicationsRelational databasesREST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for ODM deployments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 4yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
