We are seeking a Full Stack Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions that make a meaningful impact in the K-12 education sector. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines deep technical expertise with leadership, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture:Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production.Define and oversee solution architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Create high-level design documents and technical sketches to communicate architectural vision.Drive architecture and design reviews across technical teams.Recommend new technologies to meet evolving business needs.Perform system analysis to identify improvement areas in performance and scalability. Development Best Practices:Establish and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage a culture of continuous technical growth. Problem Solving & Collaboration:Troubleshoot complex issues and design robust, maintainable solutions.Mentor developers on unit testing, clean code practices, and architectural patterns.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams. Project Management & CommunicationWork with Product Owners to clarify and define technical requirements.Provide estimates and status updates to stakeholders.Promote effective time management and maintainability across the development team. Ensure on-time, quality delivery of projects. QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required) Experience12+ years in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript Core SkillsSolution architecture & technical documentationNET Framework (4.5+), .NET Core, Web API/MVC/Web FormsReact.js, Next.js, TypeScriptMS SQL, MongoDBCI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codefresh, Octopus)ORM tools: Entity Framework, Dapper, ORMLiteAWS: S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Service MeshMicroservices, SaaS/multi-tenant platformsContainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Agile methodologies Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Office 365Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or EdTech domainExposure to AI tools and technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Kurser is highly desirable
