We are committed to innovation, operational excellence, and providing exceptional service to our clients.Job Overview:We are seeking a P & C Underwriting Support Associate to support and coordinate commercial insurance processes within our Global Capability Centre in India. This role requires a fundamental understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance, and the ability to manage daily operational workflows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both our U.S. based operations and underwriting teams ensuring accurate implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Follow established SOPs and provide feedback for Continuous Improvement.Perform data entry and data collection tasks for Submissions, Initial Rating, Policy renewal setups and other Underwriting steps, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Assist in the Quote and Binding process across policy rating and endorsement systems, as per established processes.Support Policy Issuance and Endorsement processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy.Maintain required reporting and documentation post-bind, in line with SOPs.Collaborate with operations, underwriting, claims, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless process flow.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any fieldExperience:1-2 years of experience in a Commercial P&C Insurance processProperty Specialization will be preferred Exposure to data entry, underwriting support, or policy servicing in a global organization is a plus.Technical & Soft Skills:Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills (written and verbal).Team Players – Ability to work collaboratively with global teamsProficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of policy rating systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks & meet deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth insurance.Professional development opportunities.Salary Bracket ( 3.5 to 4 Lacs per annum)Preference will be given to immediate joiners.Why Join Us?Global Exposure: Work in a multinational setting with teams across different regions.Career Development: Gain experience in commercial insurance operations, with opportunities for growth.Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive team that values innovation, integrity, and excellence.Impactful Role: Contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and success of our global insurance processes.If you are passionate about commercial insurance operations and ready to work in a fast-paced global environment, we encourage you to apply.
