The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior layouts, developing construction drawings, collaborating on overall architectural designs, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with project requirements. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients, understanding their vision, and ensuring the execution of innovative and functional interior solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning and Interior DesignKnowledge of Architecture and Construction DrawingsExperience selecting and integrating FF&E to fit project designsStrong communication and teamwork skills for client collaborationFamiliarity with design software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferredResponsible for the accurate estimation of project costs, including the drafting of BOQs and the sourcing of vendor quotations to ensure budget compliance.
