This is where you come in.As a Search Consultant / Practice Lead, you will:Own end‑to‑end mandates for senior technology leaders (CTO, CPO, Head of Engineering, VP Data/AI) across India and global markets.Work directly with founders, CEOs, CHROs and investors to shape the brief, challenge thinking, and define what “great” looks like.Build and run structured search strategies: market mapping, outreach, assessments, and closing.Manage internal researchers and cross‑functional stakeholders to keep searches on track and communication tight.Act as a long‑term advisor to tech leaders in our network, not just a one‑mandate recruiter.You’ll be a great fit if you:Have 5–12 years in executive search / leadership hiring, ideally with exposure to technology or product roles. (Mandatory)Are comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders—CXOs, founders, investors—balancing empathy with assertiveness.Think in research, structure, and process, but also enjoy the art of reading people and managing sensitive conversations.Have led multiple mandates in parallel and can manage internal teams and external expectations without drama.Write and communicate with clarity; your emails, reports, and debriefs make decisions easier for clients.Role: Bengaluru (onsite), full‑time.If this sounds like your kind of consulting, write to mercy.divya@ with your profile
