This is a role focused on generating qualified sales leads and scheduling meetings with Key Decision-Makers (KDMs).We aren't looking for mass volume - we need thoughtful connectors.What You Will Do:• Be Organized: Plan, structure, and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach & email campaigns using the sequences methodology.• Be a Researcher: Conduct primary and secondary research to define accurate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segment leads based on industry and decision-making roles.• Be Technical: Use HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven tools to manage follow-up, track engagement, and ensure our contact database stays rich and accurate.• Be Collaborative: Stay updated on IT services industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure your messaging is always consistent and aligned.• Be the Face: You’ll personalize outreach and re-engage cold leads through follow-ups and calls when needed.What You Need:• Experience: 2+ years in LinkedIn-based lead generation or sales development specifically within an IT services company.• Tool Proficiency: Proven ability with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and email automation tools.• Mindset: A professional, engaging communication style, a self-starter attitude, and attention to detail.Location: Hyderabad, 5 days’ Work from Office (WFO), US time zoneImmediate joiners or who are serving notice period are desirable.If you have the go-getter mindset and the ability to frame outreach with clarity and awareness, we want to talk to you.
